Our core digital products are covered by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

If within 60 days of your purchase you are not satisfied, email us at

[email protected] and we will issue a full refund. You keep any bonuses you received. We may ask for brief feedback so we can improve, but a refund is not conditional on your answer.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you used at purchase, with the word "Refund" and your order details. We aim to process eligible refunds within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Membership and Subscriptions

The Retention Circle is a recurring monthly membership.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Canceling stops future billing.
If you started a free trial, cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel, the membership continues at the stated monthly price.
Monthly membership payments already charged are generally non-refundable, but canceling ensures you are not billed again. Contact us if you believe there has been a billing error and we will review it.
